Birth and postpartum support

Personalized care to help you feel prepared for birth, supported throughout labor, and more confident as you settle in at home with your baby.

Prenatal Preparation

• Two prenatal appointments to help you feel prepared and supported
• One virtual appointment to discuss your birth preferences, explore breathing, movement, and relaxation techniques for labor, and create a personalized birth plan to share with your care team
• One in person appointment to build our connection, practice labor positions and comfort measures, and discuss how I can best support you and anyone joining you for the birth
• Guidance on packing your hospital or birth center bag

Support During Pregnancy

• Phone, text, or email support for questions that arise during pregnancy
• On call birth doula support beginning two weeks before your estimated due date

Continuous Labor Support

• Continuous birth support at home, in the hospital, or at a birth center
• Calm emotional support, encouragement, and hands on comfort measures throughout labor
• Guidance for your birth partner so they feel comfortable and involved

Postpartum Support

• One postpartum visit, scheduled at a mutually agreed time within the first two weeks after birth
• Time to reflect on your birth experience and talk about how you are feeling
• Practical support with feeding, soothing, diapering, and everyday newborn care
• Guidance on rest, recovery, and adjusting to life with your baby, with referrals when additional support would be helpful

Your postpartum visit is tailored to what you need most that day. There is no need to clean your home or prepare anything for my arrival.

Meaningful Moments

When the moment allows, I am happy to help capture meaningful moments during labor or shortly after birth using your phone. Photos are complimentary and cannot be guaranteed, as your support always comes first.

Every birth experience is unique, and care is tailored to your needs and preferences.

The Nurtured Path Package: $1,600

Additional postpartum support is available at $45 per hour, subject to availability.
